Ingredients: meat broth, frozen porcini mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, onions, medium head, butter, bay leaves, frozen dill, salt, sour cream
Cooking method:
Approximately 2 liters of broth put on the stove, as it boils, add finely chopped potatoes.
Remove the mushrooms from the freezer and pour cold water over them to thaw, when the broth boils with potatoes, add the mushrooms squeezed from the water. Let the soup simmer over medium heat until just simmering, 30 minutes.
Peel and finely chop the onion, rub the clean carrots on a coarse grater. Combine with onion and fry in vegetable oil until the butter turns golden brown.
Finely chop the dill and add to the soup along with the bay leaf. Cook for 10 more minutes.
Season the soup with overcooking, boil for 5-7 minutes. The soup is ready. When serving, add a spoonful of sour cream. Bon appetit, eat healthy.
