Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 41 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Somehow today, I wanted to stand on the scales and check what's going on with my weight, if left Vodicka, although going to be weighed at the end of the month - March 31, to fix the weight at the end of the month.

And that's how I was pleased with the balance:

Just a little bit, at 300 grams, and is minus 42 kg in total!

But to my goal - to weigh 80 kg (at least) will be only desyatochka! In comparison with the passed by it seems not so much!) But it became much harder to deal with excess kilograms compared to when I was a weight for sotochku, felt as reluctant to leave me fat. But nothing will be warmer, will wear sneakers and run by a grove, rastryasat extra).

I move on to the menu.

Breakfast today my - favorite sandwiches on whole grain bread (65 g) with a fish (60 grams) and one with homemade chocolate cheese (45 grams).

All this splendor under the green tea with jasmine. I have not forgotten, and vitamins from a capsule of omega - 3.

Breakfast is turned on 380 kcal.

It is a pity that over fish, which among other things bought by the action on Saturday and enjoy yourself spoiled for 6 days! Sausage for so long we never played). And in general, I noticed that the family budget is not a bit suffers from the fact that I have passed on about good nutrition. Even so good at saving.

Snack I went to 200 kcal - grain rye bread (30 grams) and beet paste (40 g) under green tea.

And apple (200g) I cracked his while working at the computer.

For lunch, my mom started a herring under a fur coat to cook and I do not miss the moment and, borrowing from her ingredients, quickly built himself PPvariant herring under a fur coat.

Dinner - 200 grams of herring under a fur coat with two rye bread roll - 230 kcal.

All diet plans on this day, I broke the herring under a fur coat. But never mind, I quickly figured out in annex what was happening and to reschedule dinner.

Since herring under a fur coat I somehow was not enough for dinner, I cut a small tomato (about 100 grams) and top smeared clotted cream (soft cheese - 30 gr) - it turned around 100 kcal.

Well, for supper, I warmed mixture of vegetables (120 g) and chicken meatballs (160 g).

Dinner came about 280 kcal.

And a few hours before snaya I ate a can of soft cottage cheese (120 gr) - 90 kcal.

Total for the day had accumulated 1280 kcal.

Norm drained water, which is about 2.8 liters.
