Ingredients: rice, chicken meat, carrots (300 grams), onions, garlic, vegetable oil, water, Seasonings for pilaf, Salt, cumin, Vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Peel onions and carrots, chop finely, onions into squares, carrots into cubes. Wash rice and soak in water. Cut the meat into medium pieces.
Pour oil into a cauldron, heat it up and put onion, fry it until golden brown and add carrots, fry for 5 minutes and add meat. Fry over high heat for 5 minutes, add salt and all spices, then pour water. Let the zirvak stew under the lid for 10 minutes over low heat. During this time, strain the rice through a sieve. Add rice and increase the heat so that our pilaf boils faster.
After boiling, reduce the fire, put a head of garlic in the middle, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for half an hour. Then turn off the fire and let the pilaf stand under the lid for 10-15 minutes. Can be served on the table. Bon Appetit!.
