Ingredients: pasta, bacon, hard cheese, mozzarella, butter, wheat flour, milk, salt, dried garlic, coriander, flour, egg, breadcrumbs, vegetable oil

Cooking method:

We grate hard cheese, fry the bacon until golden brown, and then cut it. Boil macaroni. Prepare cheese sauce: melt a piece of butter in a saucepan, add flour and stir.

Add milk and stir quickly to avoid lumps. Add spices, mix. Add cheese and mozzarella, stir until cheese is melted.

Pour the pasta into a deep container, pour over the sauce, add the bacon and mix well with each other. For the balls, we take 3 plates, pour the flour into the first, beat the egg well into the second, pour the breadcrumbs into the third. We form balls of pasta.

Roll them first in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Heat up vegetable oil in a saucepan. Fry the balls for about 1 minute. Place on a plate and serve with your favorite sauce. Bon Appetit!
