Cooking method:
We combine and mix all dry products (except sugar and vanilla sugar).
Melt the chocolate in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, bananas and butter to the melted chocolate. Beat thoroughly with a mixer.
We heat the oven to 170 degrees. We combine dry and wet foods. Mix carefully. You can add chocolate drops, raisins, nuts. Add hot water to obtain the desired consistency (the mass should not be very thick). I wasted ½ cup of hot water.
We shift the mass into a greased form. If the form allows, then gently knock it on the table so that the mass is well distributed, and send it to the preheated oven. I have a ceramic form, so I put it in a cold oven and increase the baking time.
We bake at a temperature of 170 degrees for at least 25 minutes until a dry splinter. Remove from oven, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
