Cooking potato rolls with meat in 30 minutes

If you are also tired of pasta or buckwheat with sausages, and the bouillmen and nuggets from the supermarket are no longer coming, prepare these rolls.

You will not regret!

Ingredients:

1 kg of potatoes (boiled)
2 eggs
1 cup flour
vegetable oil
500 gr. minced meat
salt
pepper

Preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes and boil in their uniforms, cool, peel, and grate. Better to do this beforehand or use leftover potatoes from dinner or lunch. Mashed potatoes are fine too.

2. Add salt, pepper, eggs and flour to the cold potatoes. Stir with a spoon or hands.

You should make a dense potato dough.

3. Add salt to the minced meat, season with pepper and spices to taste. If the minced meat is dry, then you need to pour cold water or kefir / sour cream into it for juiciness.
Onions or green onions can be added to minced meat.

4. Roll the potato dough into a sausage and cut into pieces, each flatten into a cake.

5. Put a layer of minced meat on the potato layer, leaving 1-1.5 cm free on one side.

6. Roll the potatoes with minced meat tightly into a roll, and press the free edge of the dough.

7. Fry the rolls in a frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides until browned.

8. Then transfer to a baking dish and into the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.

9. 5 minutes before the end, you can grease with whipped yolk or sprinkle with grated cheese.

Serve hot straight out of the oven.
