1. Let's prepare the filling first. Put 180 g of cottage cheese in a bowl, pour 2 tbsp. l. sugar and 2 tbsp. l. starch. Here we add vanilla extract or 5 g of vanilla sugar. Grind cottage cheese with sugar well with a fork. In this recipe, you can use cottage cheese of any fat content.
2. Cooking dough. Pour 180 g of cottage cheese of any fat content into a separate bowl, add 100 g of sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix everything, rubbing the cottage cheese with a fork.
3. Pour 100 ml of milk and add 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. We mix.
4. Pour about 250 g of flour into a bowl in 2-3 approaches and pour 1 tsp. l. baking powder. We mix everything. You may need a little more or less flour, it all depends on the flour.
5. Knead a soft and non-sticky dough. It is not necessary to knead the dough for a long time, as soon as everything is mixed, stop mixing.
6. Sprinkle the table with flour and immediately roll out the finished dough into a rectangle. The thickness of the rolled dough should be about 5 mm.
7. Cut off the uneven edges to make a rectangle. We divide the rolled dough into four parts, and then cut each quarter into 3 more rectangles. It turns out 12 pieces of dough. And I made 2 more rectangles from scraps of dough.
8. We put the prepared curd filling on each piece of dough. We roll everything up. From this amount of ingredients, I got 14 pies.
9. Transfer the pies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. We put everything in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
10. The pies are ready. Arrange them beautifully on a plate. Sprinkle the top of the pies with powdered sugar.
The pies with cottage cheese turned out very tasty and soft. They are easy to make and anyone can make them. Instead of cottage cheese, you can use any other non-liquid filling, such as apples.
