#dessert Very easy to prepare, "basic" recipe for delicious and beautiful fruit jelly. You can cook both multi-layer and single-layer. You can add pieces of fruit to each layer.

Ingredients: gelatin (10 gr bag), water, yellow juice (I have mango), red juice (I have berry juice), sugar (this is to taste), Fruits - optional

Cooking method:

Gelatin is best diluted as written in the instructions on the package. The basic recipe is to pour 1 tablespoon of gelatin into 1 cup (200 ml) of cold water and leave to swell for 20 minutes.

Pour half of the gelatin into a saucepan and mix with yellow juice.

Add sugar to taste - I added 1 tbsp. Put on fire and heat until sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. Do not boil!

Pour into prepared dishes - transparent cups or bowls and put in the refrigerator to harden for 2 hours.

As it hardens, do the same with red juice and pour a second layer. Remove to refrigerator.

As it completely freezes, enjoy a delicious and delicate dessert!
