Ingredients: Flour, Milk (Water), Dry yeast, Sugar, Salt, Egg, Butter, Stuffing:, Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Tomato paste, Parsley, Dill, Salt, Pepper mixture, Vegetable oil

Cooking method:

Add sugar to warm milk, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour and yeast. Mix thoroughly, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. It is important that the milk is warm, not hot. Too hot milk can completely stop the vital activity of the yeast, respectively, then the dough will not rise.

Next, add salt, egg, melted butter (❗not hot), flour and knead the dough. Remove the finished dough in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots, chop the cabbage finely and thinly.

Saute the onion in vegetable oil until translucent. Then add carrots and continue frying until soft. Add cabbage and a little water, simmer for 5 minutes under a closed lid. Then add the tomato paste, salt, pepper mixture, add a little more water if necessary. Mix thoroughly and simmer until tender. At the end of cooking, add finely chopped greens. Transfer the finished filling to a plate and set aside.

Divide the finished dough into small, equal-sized balls. Mash each ball into a cake, put the filling in the middle and pinch the edges. Put the pies on a baking sheet, if you wish, you can grease the top with an egg and bake at 200C ~ 20 minutes until a beautiful golden brown
