Today I want to share a recipe for a very tasty casserole from "Satiya Semika" cabbage. It's easy to prepare, I would even say fast and it turns out delicious.

Recipe:
Cabbage -1 kg.
Onion - 1-2 pcs.
Mushrooms -250-500gr.
Sour cream -250g.
Water -50ml.
Flour -1st.l.
Cheese - 50-100gr.
Vegetable oil -3-4 tbsp.
COOKING METHOD
First, let's prepare the cabbage. We cut as you like, I cut into large cubes. Now there are 2 options, take your choice. Option 1 is how I cook today.
Pour water into a saucepan, add some salt, bring to a boil. We put the cabbage and boil from the moment of boiling for 5-7 minutes, until half cooked.
We take it out of the water and put it in a colander so that the excess water is gone. Or you can fry the cabbage in a frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil until half cooked.
Let's make the sauce. Cut the onion into cubes, cut the mushrooms, you can take forest mushrooms, frozen mushrooms pre-boiled in winter are suitable.
Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, put the onion, fry until translucent, add the mushrooms and fry everything together for about 3 minutes.
Let's measure out 200 grams of sour cream, add 1 tbsp. flour, pour in 100 ml of hot water, add salt, black pepper and mix. Pour into mushrooms with onions and cook until the sauce thickens. We remove from the fire.
We take a suitable baking sheet, grease with oil. Put the cabbage, fill it with sauce on top, level it. Grate cheese on a fine grater, I have mozzarella for pizza. Sprinkle on the casserole and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
