Ingredients: Chicken drumstick, Chicken thigh, Potato (depending on size), Bulb onion, Carrot, Greens - for decoration, Salt, black pepper, seasoning for chicken, Bay leaf, Vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method:
Pieces of chicken should be separated from the skin, washed, dried with a paper towel. Pour oil into a cauldron (frying pan), heat it up and add chicken pieces.
Fry on both sides for about 15 minutes over medium heat. While the chicken pieces are cooking, let's take care of the vegetables. Cut carrots and onions into half rings. Cut potatoes into medium sized slices.
Add salt, spices to the chicken and mix. Then spread the carrots, fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Next, add the onion and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Now spread the potatoes, sprinkle with a little salt, add the bay leaf, do not mix.
Pour hot water from the kettle so that the water covers the potatoes a little. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
