Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful for you - read, write comments, and of course, subscribe!
Today I want to bring to your attention a recipe for a simple, lush and delicious tea cake. This recipe is quite old - I think many have already prepared such a cake, but perhaps for some it will be a novelty.
The pie is very easy to prepare, all the products for its preparation are always available - and they are the simplest and most affordable!

Cooking ingredients:
Any jam - 1 glass (a glass of 200 g)
Brewed tea - 1 glass
Sugar - 130-150 g
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Soda - 2 tsp l. (or baking powder - 1 tsp. l.)
Salt - a pinch
Flour - 400-430 g
And, we start cooking ...
First of all, we need to brew a glass of tea - I use tea bags, but you can also brew loose types of tea in the teapot. Moreover, it can be used with any taste - with any additives.
And now we start making the dough. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, a pinch of salt - you can also add a little vanillin. And, rub with a mixer or a whisk for a while - the egg mixture should turn white and slightly increase in volume.
Now add a glass of jam - I have raspberry jam, but you can take absolutely any. Pour in warm tea, a little vegetable oil, mix.
Sift the flour along with baking soda or baking powder. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.
Pour the dough into a greased baking dish - I have a mold with a diameter of 24 cm.
And we send to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees - for about 35-40 minutes.
We check the readiness of the cake with a wooden toothpick or skewer. And when it cools down, sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour over melted chocolate or icing. The pie turns out to be very fluffy - and, what I like, it does not settle when it cools. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
