I made the cake for my brother's wedding anniversary and was not going to post the recipe. But since everyone unanimously said that such a recipe should be in the piggy bank, then I post it. I have a cake here with a diameter of 32 and we ate it all in the evening. I'm laying out the proportions for diameter 22-24.

Ingredients: Cake:, flour, starch, baking powder, sugar, vegetable oil, mineral water, IMPREGNATION as desired, I did, milk, sugar, SOFFLE:, cream 33%, cold water, cottage cheese cream cheese, powdered sugar, more, vanillin, CHERRY COOLIE:, frozen cherries, sugar, water, agar-agar, CHOCOLATE GLAZING ON SOUR CREAM:, butter, sugar, cocoa, sour cream

Cooking method:

Cooking cake. Combine all dry ingredients, add oil and mineral water. We bake a cake.. Let it cool in the form, then wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator overnight. We will cook the whole cake in a ring or use an acetate film.

I'm preparing a drink. You can, of course, not do it. But mine love wet cakes. Heat the milk and dissolve the sugar in it. Soak the cake with this mixture.

Prepare the 2nd layer of this soufflé. We whip the cream. Separately, beat the curd cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. We connect everything. Soak gelatin in cold water and let it swell. When it swells, heat it up, without bringing it to a boil. Then pour it into our soufflé in a thin stream and stir with a blender at low speed. Pour the souffle onto our cake and put it in the refrigerator.

We make cherry coulis. Mix ice cream cherries, sugar and water and cook for 15 minutes. We pierce with a blender, I did not make it homogeneous, so that there were not large pieces of cherries. Add agar-agar and bring to a boil. We cool a little, not forgetting that at 40 degrees agar-agar freezes. And pour on top of our soufflé. We put in the refrigerator

Cooking glaze Melt the butter, add cocoa, sugar, sour cream. And let it boil, stirring constantly. Cool slightly and pour on top of the coolies.

The top can be decorated as desired. I decorated with meringue.
