Cooking method:
To prepare the dough, rub on a fine grater 1 boiled in their skins and peeled potatoes, then break 1 chicken egg and separate the protein from the yolk and put the latter in a bowl with potatoes, after which we add nutmeg, salt to it to taste and mix all the ingredients well together.
We put 2 tablespoons with a hill of wheat flour in a common bowl and mix all the ingredients well, then add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the bowl with potato dough and continue to knead it with your hands. Knead the dough in a bowl until a homogeneous mass of the desired consistency for 5 minutes, then cover it with cellophane on top and set the bowl aside for 25-30 minutes.
We start cooking meatballs and put 250 grams of minced meat, 0.5 heads in a deep bowl finely chopped onion, add salt, a mixture of ground peppers and chicken protein to taste eggs. We mix all the ingredients well in a bowl with our hands, then we collect the minced meat into a lump and beat it off with force several times by throwing it into the bowl. We take a small amount of minced meat and form meatballs, which are then rolled in flour and put on a plate.
Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a 3-liter saucepan placed on the stove, then put 0.5 heads of pre-finely chopped onions, chopped carrots 0.5 and fry vegetables over high heat plates. We cut 2 peeled potatoes into small pieces and put them in a common pan, then mix all the vegetables together and warm the potatoes for 2-3 minutes.
Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan with vegetables and cover it with a lid, bring the water to a boil, then put the meatballs in the pan, cover it with a lid and again bring the soup to a boil over high heat plates. We spread the dough on a table sprinkled with flour and knead, after which we form the dough and divide it into small pieces, from which we then form dumplings.
We mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and, covering it with a lid, continue to cook the soup on low heat for 10 minutes, after which put dumplings in a saucepan, add bay leaf, dried herbs, salt, a mixture of ground black and red peppers to taste and mix all the ingredients well, then cover the pan with a lid and cook the soup for another 7 minutes over medium heat until full readiness.
