Meat salad with onions

Ingredients: Pork neck, Onion, Vegetable oil, Ground black pepper, Vinegar 70%, Salt, Sugar

Cooking method:

Cut pork and onion into long thin strips. It is convenient to cut the meat in this way when it is slightly frozen. The thickness of the strips should not exceed 0.5 cm.

In a frying pan with hot oil, throw the meat and onion at the same time.

Stir vigorously for about a minute. The meat will change color and the onion will become translucent.

Immediately put everything in a deep bowl, add vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper. We mix. Usually some liquid is released during frying. If she managed to evaporate, add 2-3 tablespoons of water to the salad. The salad should be marinated in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Tomorrow it will taste even better. BON APPETIT.
