Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

On Saturday someone slept and rest from everyday work and we 8:00 already gone on business. Do not even get to sleep in the day!

Therefore, today I have an early breakfast and quickly.

Sandwich on rye bread with homemade chicken sausage, and two rye loaf with fish paste.

Breakfast was released on 350 kcal.

Snack was not today. Not even get to go to the store and buy at least a banana, so spun.

But we stopped for lunch with relatives and had lunch there.

I was able to eat fresh vegetables, baked shin and boiled potatoes.

How do you understand to weigh the food I had nowhere and so I found it on the eye and all rounded in a big way.

Well, for lunch about my result 380 kcal.

On the way home my husband remembered my birthday (in late February), we did not manage to eat the rolls, because we moved and it was not up to the celebration.
