Ingredients: Sauerkraut, Potato (boiled in their skins), Sausages (smoked), Onion, Bay leaf, Broth, Allspice peas, Vegetable oil for frying, Greens (parsley, dill, green onion), Garlic, Lard (fat)

Cooking method:

Put sauerkraut in a pan, add bay leaf, lard and broth. The broth can be replaced with boiled water.

Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for at least 30 minutes over low heat. Finely chop the onion. In another pan, heat some oil and fry the onion in it.

Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into large cubes. Add the potatoes to the onion in the skillet and sauté, stirring, for 4-5 minutes.

Cut sausages randomly and send to potatoes, add peeled and chopped garlic. Stir.

It's time to get back to cabbage. If there is still liquid left in the cabbage, turn up the heat and let the liquid boil away.

In a large bowl, mix the contents of both pans, pepper, if necessary, salt. Add greens and serve. Bon Appetit!
