This option is one of the simplest and favorite in my family. Thin dough and a minimum of juicy toppings and all this in a large amount of processed cheese. The filling can be added at will and preference, or vice versa, remove the excess. #pizza #games
Ingredients: Dough, milk, dry yeast, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, egg, flour (maybe a little more or less), filling, tomato, paprika (sweet pepper), mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, thinly sliced sausage (any), Sauce, tomato sauce, Sprinkling, Dry oregano and basil (or a mixture of Provence herbs), hard cheese
Cooking method:
Let's take a test, it will take the most of our time. I'm preparing the steam. Part of the milk is heated to 40 C - it is comfortably warm (not hot!), We send yeast, sugar, salt, a tablespoon of butter and a couple of tablespoons of flour to the milk. Mix everything thoroughly, cover with a film and put in a warm place. As a rule, it takes 15-20 minutes. After this time, the yeast will grow and it will be possible to prepare the dough.
In a separate bowl, mix our dough, one egg, the remaining vegetable oil and gradually add the flour. We cover the resulting dough again with a film and a towel, put it in a warm place and wait for the dough to grow and become airy. It will happen within the hour. We accept it and wait for it to rise again.
At this time, you can cut the filling. Tomatoes, peppers and sausage are all quite thin. Mozzarella is also cut or torn into thin shreds.
We divide the dough into three parts. And roll out thin cakes no more than 0.5 cm thick. Brush generously with sauce. Then spread the tomato, sausage and pepper. Pizza is sent to a preheated oven to 190-200 C for at least 10 minutes (until cooked and golden brown). Put the mozzarella cheese on the finished pizza. Sprinkle with dry herbs and hard cheese. Garnish with basil leaves before serving.
