Chicken liver contains a large amount of iron, selenium, vitamin A (prevents the aging process, improves eyesight), B vitamins (supports the nervous system). Ingredients: - chicken liver, - carrots, - onions, - butter, Salt and spices, vegetable oil for frying
Cooking method:
I rub the carrots on a coarse grater. I cut the onion into a small cube. I wash the liver and cut into pieces.
I fry onions and carrots in a pan with vegetable oil.
I add the liver and carcass to the vegetables until tender (I cover the pan with a lid).
I salt the liver with vegetables, add spices to taste and leave to cool.
Then I pierce everything with a submersible blender to a light, airy consistency.
At the end I put a piece of soft butter and punch it again.
The pate is ready. I store it in the refrigerator in a glass container.
The pate turns out to be tender, soft, satisfying with a pleasant taste of fried vegetables and liver. Paired with crispy bread and sun-dried tomatoes, this is just the perfect breakfast.
