Fresh potatoes have already gone south (harvest 2021)! We are not in a hurry to fry and cook it, but it would be better to use it while it is still young.
As you know, this root vegetable is very fond of our gastrointestinal tract, but only in its raw, original form without heat treatment.
Ingredients:
Young potatoes - 2-3 pcs (ideally red with a yellow center)
(total amount to be the size of a fist)
Preparation
We dug up a vending potato bush. We washed the tubers thoroughly. Grated on a grater or chopped with a blender (together with a young peel, i.e. without peeling it).
This potato gruel is eaten in the morning while it is fresh. You can squeeze the juice out of it with gauze, but it is better to eat it with fiber (grandmothers tell many cases that in 10 days even a stomach ulcer was cured with potato juice).
By the way, it is recommended to eat potatoes while they are fresh (that is, do not even store them) or use them only until the New Year, because later corned beef accumulates in it.
