Meatballs in tomato sauce

Ingredients: Minced meat (beef + pork), Boiled rice, Egg, Garlic, Onion, Salt, Black pepper, Tomato sauce:, Tomato paste, Vegetable oil, Onion, Carrots, Sugar, Salt, Red hot ground pepper, Black ground pepper, Bay leaf, Water, To roll:, Extra wheat flour, To serve:, Greens (parsley and/or Dill)

Cooking method:

Rice is pre-cooked in salted water. Rinse with cold water.

Add rice, egg, salt, pepper, finely chopped onion to minced meat, squeeze garlic through a press. To stir thoroughly.
