Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 40 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

I've also decided to treat yourself.

For breakfast I had sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) with a fish (about 100 grams). Now I seem to be in the diet of more fish, because the fish farm not far from us and chic shop with him.

Breakfast came on 300 kcal.

After breakfast we had to go on business, on arrival home - undershot.

At the snack I have green tea with chocolate 75% (about 15 grams) and then pomelo (180 g).

Snack turned on 140 kcal.

Well, when there is a pre-cooked soup, which can be warm and feed the whole family.

A bowl of soup for dinner (450 g) and a slice of rye bread (30 g).

Happened 450 kcal for lunch.

All well, when the sill is growing its greens. I cut a couple of feathers and cut into the soup. Beauty! It is waiting for dill and rocket salad with basil - I wonder how bushy they grow on a windowsill. I share a photo with you.

For dinner I pollack (180 g raw), roasted on a non-stick frying pan without spice oils, and a mixture of vegetables, stewed well without oil with spices (150 gr).

Total dinner turned 380 kcal.

The day I came in 1270 kcal. I have already said that I want to return to a deficit is not less than 1300 kcal. And as long as I get it, with varying success. But the rate of water to drink I have obtained in recent years with no problems.

On Monday, checkweighing, let's see what will my diet to more than 1200 kcal. Because the body has long received less than 1200 kcal, that is not right! Who would not say, but my opinion - 1200 kcal - the minimum amount of calories, which is already below the body will not dopoluchaet lot of necessary substances.
