At the present time I have been able to get rid of 40 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
Almost all day sun and happy because I want to have spring. I want to have to buy a beautiful dress and to walk in it. But at the same time I want to lose weight even more until the spring.
In any case, I will not rush anywhere and fast too. We will be delicious to lose weight!
You know what a long time I did not have for breakfast? Kashi) is only recently that it was going to cook, but changed my mind, I lured my favorite sandwiches.
But here today, so it is wanted cereal, I'm not too lazy and cooked it.
My breakfast - millet porridge with milk (milk spread of 1 to 1 with water), adding a little salt and 2 teaspoons of sugar. I used to cook porridge for two. In finished form I got 300g.
Breakfast turned around 350 kcal.
But here's something I missed. Porridge, not something that I love and longed to eat something salty. Therefore I ate 30 grams of cheese - 100 kcal.
Green tea and capsule of omega - 3, as usual, finished breakfast.
After breakfast you can start working. With a little work on the computer, I went on business, and came back and snacking a banana (80 grams) and kiwi (80 g). Surprisingly, both the fruit weighed almost 80 grams).
Snack - 110 kcal.
I know what's for dinner I have soup, cooked yesterday. And plus it was a little time off from work. And those 20-30 minutes I have dedicated what is baked banana muffins themselves with cherries In my recipe, and your home - cottage cheese, not PPshny, cupcake. But so delicious! Of course, I have not tried it today, but I know that it is super delicious!

Just 20 minutes of slow kneading and two desserts prepared! Everything else will make the oven.
So for lunch I have a bowl of soup with lentils, potatoes and meatballs - 450 g and 100 g of banana cake with cherries.
For lunch, it turned 410 kcal.
A dinner - salad with egg, chicken breast, fried without oil on elektrogrile, cucumbers and tomatoes, seasoned with a spoon of sour cream. By the way, I still do myself sour cream and yogurt yourself. I really like to use the "magic" mushroom.
All went to dinner 300 kcal.
The day turned out 1270 kcal. And drunk the water rate.
