Easy to prepare, bright dish with Asian flavors.
Ingredients: Main course, Pork flesh, Bulgarian pepper, Onion, Garlic, Ginger root, Chili pepper, Vegetable oil, Sauce, Soy sauce, Water, Rice vinegar, Cornstarch, Sugar
Cooking method:
Pork cut into slices of 2-3 mm. Pepper and onion in small cubes. Chile, ginger and garlic finely.
We're preparing the sauce. Dissolve starch in water, add soy sauce, rice vinegar and sugar.
In a large frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and quickly fry the onion over medium heat, add the sweet pepper, garlic and chili and fry for a couple more minutes. At the end, add ginger, mix and transfer to a plate.
In the same pan, spread the meat in one layer and fry without stirring for 2 minutes over medium heat. Then stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
Return the vegetables to the pan and fry everything together for another 2 minutes.
Pour the sauce into the pan (do not forget to mix it) and, stirring constantly, bring the dish to readiness. The sauce should thicken.
Remove from heat, arrange on plates and sprinkle with green onions.
