At the present time I have been able to get rid of 40 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

On Sunday I had planned to walk around the neighborhood, wanted to explore a better place, take a walk through the woods and find a quarry where the residents of the neighborhood swimming in the summer.

Therefore it reinforces good for breakfast - sandwiches on rye bread (60 grams) of fish (40 grams) and fish paste (30 g). Green tea and chocolate (18 c) and a capsule of omega-3.

Breakfast came on 400 kcal.

Immediately after breakfast, we set off to explore the surrounding area.

But the problem with the clothes I gets sharper. Winter jacket, which stretched across me like a drum, now weighs like a bag of last winter. There is no longer a single thing, even that I was wearing quite a while (weighing not so much as I thought) that I would not have been great.
