Pie in a hurry, very tasty, juicy and beautiful. #valentines #games #cherry pie
Ingredients: puff yeast-free dough, frozen pitted cherries, dry cottage cheese, egg, sugar in cottage cheese, sugar in cherries, homemade yogurt grease the cake, vegetable oil grease the baking dish
Cooking method:
Defrost cherries in the refrigerator for a day, you can immediately shift it from the bag into a small saucepan. When the cherry starts juice and completely defrosted, add sugar and boil for 5 minutes, let cool completely.
Take the dough out of the freezer 1 hour before cooking and let it defrost. Prepare the filling, add the egg and sugar to the curd, mix with a spoon if the curd has become liquid, then put it on a sieve so that the excess liquid drains.
Roll out the dough thinly, put it in a baking dish, cover the bottom with parchment, grease the bottom and sides of the form with vegetable oil. From the dough to form sides, cut off the excess. Put the curd filling, I added cherry juice to it for taste and a beautiful color.
Place the dough strips over the filling. Cover with a second layer of dough with a heart squeezed out in the middle.
Put a cherry in this heart. Brush the top of the pie with homemade yogurt or egg.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180° until nicely browned.
Allow the cake to cool completely in the form, transfer to a dish, cut into portioned pieces and you can eat. The pie turned out very tasty, juicy, moderately sweet, the next day it is even tastier. Bon appetit and all the best to you! 😋
