But the next day, the guests will come, and then, so I'll make myself a holiday belly and maybe even exceeded your limit of 1300 kcal. I write and I can not believe that I will be able to create such, so I'm used to comply with a calorie deficit.
And you know why I'm so brave and decided to chitmil? Because I reached a long-awaited milestone!

For breakfast, I have today sandwiches with whole wheat bread (30 g) and pastrami (70 g) according to my prescription (is pleased that many of its appreciated and prepared for it, often I hope?). More it was bread (10 g) with guacamole (20 c).

Just happened to breakfast 260 kcal.
I specifically planned so breakfast is less than 400 kcal. Because I wanted to try one more time to bake a cake with cherries, but adding to the cocoa. Especially that first cake I almost did not get, everything ate my not PPshniki.
And here it is my miracle - chocolate cupcake with a cherry! It was very tasty!

120g cake to snack - 190 kcal.
One day I hectic today - working on the computer, making calls, I still have time to cook.
For lunch quickly buckwheat decoction (150 g as a finished product) and warmed pastrami (170 g), adding the tomato half (55 c).
Total lunch turned 360 kcal.
Dinner I have scrambled eggs with tomato - have long wanted an omelet and here today I had planned for dinner.
I get about 250 grams omelette - 315 kcal.
For about three hours before going to bed, I drank 150 grams of yogurt - 75 kcal.
And the day had accumulated 1185 kcal, and the rate of water drunk.
