#recipe of the day This is a jellied pastry, where, in addition to the usual mushrooms, rice and minced meat, there is also cheese and green beans, so it turns out very satisfying and tasty. The process itself, although it consists of several different stages, is quite simple. The cake turns out amazing, combining so many different flavors. It's definitely worth a try!

Jellied pie with minced meat

Ingredients: minced meat, canned mushrooms, green beans, boiled rice, cheese, eggs, kefir, flour, baking powder, salt

Cooking method:

Prepare all ingredients. If you have already boiled rice, use it - you will need about 300-350 g. Green beans can be taken frozen or fresh (according to the season). Buy any minced meat to your taste. I had chicken.

To cook rice, rinse it well, pour 200-250 ml of cold water in a saucepan. Add some salt, stir. Bring the water to a boil, make a small fire, cover and cook the rice for about 20 minutes, until cooked. During this time, all the water should be absorbed.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat (you can add finely chopped onions) until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the form with parchment, lay out the mushrooms. Top with grated cheese. Then fig.

Fried minced meat. Then string beans. For the dough, mix eggs, kefir, flour, salt and baking powder (the dough should be like thick sour cream), pour over the pie.

Preheat oven to 175°C. Bake the pie for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool for 20 minutes. Cover the cake pan with a flat plate and flip the pan over. The pie will be on the plate.

Bon appetit, good mood and inspiration to create new culinary masterpieces! 🍽😊 Questions, suggestions and wishes - write in the comments, I will be happy to answer everyone.
