I want to share with you a recipe for cheesecakes with filling inside, namely, with boiled condensed milk. This is a special treat: golden and crunchy on top, with a sweet caramel filling inside. Everyone will like these cheesecakes, and the filling will be an unexpected and pleasant surprise for your family. They can be served with sour cream or thick unsweetened yogurt.

Preparing such cheesecakes with condensed milk inside is easy. Every housewife can cook them. Also in the middle of these cheesecakes you can wrap thick confiture, sliced ​​​​dried apricots or a piece of chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • semolina - 8 tbsp. l. (with a small slide)
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
  • boiled condensed milk - 1/2 can
  • flour - for dusting
  • sunflower oil - for frying

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare the dough for cheesecakes.
Pour cottage cheese into a bowl, add semolina and sugar to it.
Mix everything well and leave for 10 minutes so that the semolina swells.

2. After 10 minutes, we begin to fry the cheesecakes.
Place a frying pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.

3. While the pan is heating up, we make cheesecakes.
We take one tablespoon of cottage cheese dough for syrniki and form a cake on the palm of our hand. In the middle of the cake, put half a teaspoon of boiled condensed milk.

4. We wrap the edges, thus hiding the condensed milk in the middle of the cheesecake. We give the cheesecake a rounded shape.

5. Roll the formed cheesecake on all sides in flour and put it on a hot frying pan.
When the cheesecakes are fried on one side until golden brown, turn over and fry them on the other side.

6. Put the finished cheesecakes on a plate and serve.
From this portion of the dough, I got 16 cheesecakes.
