Ingredients: soy meat (dry), 55 g (soaked), chickpeas (dry), 77 g (boiled), potatoes (peeled), carrots (in purified), vegetable oil, Any fresh herbs to serve as desired and to taste, Salt, Any spices as desired and to taste, Water for cooking soup

Cooking method:

Chickpeas must be soaked in advance, preferably for several hours, and boiled until tender. If using canned chickpeas, rinse them.

Soak soy meat in pieces (of any shape) in boiling water for 10 minutes, then squeeze and cut into small pieces if they are large.

Peel carrots and potatoes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a saucepan and add your favorite spices there (I have a ready-made seasoning with a set of various spices). Slightly fry them (for 15 seconds).

Add carrots, fry 5 minutes.

Add water (the amount you need) to the pan, bring to a boil.

Throw in chopped potatoes. Cook after boiling for 10 minutes.

Add boiled (or canned) chickpeas, soy meat and salt. Boil 10 minutes.

When serving, you can sprinkle with fresh herbs (I have green onions).
