Ingredients: pumpkin pulp, water or broth, large onions, carrots, potatoes, garlic cloves, grams of butter, Vegetable oil, 20% cream, Salt, pepper, seasonings to taste (10 vegetables or chicken broth cube);, for serving parsley and optional pumpkin seeds, Crackers:, Bread, Provence herbs, Garlic, Paprika, Salt, Vegetable butter
Cooking method:
Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan and add butter to it.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and saute in this pan;
We cut the pumpkin, potatoes and carrots into cubes and add to the pan, stirring for 10 minutes, let it languish;
Pour in water or broth so that they cover the vegetables, cover with a lid and leave for 30 minutes over low heat until the vegetables are ready;
We completely drain the water into a separate bowl, add warmed cream, salt, seasonings to the vegetables and blend well, if necessary, add the drained water to the desired consistency;
We cut the bread for croutons into cubes, pour a little oil, add seasonings, garlic, salt, mix and send to the oven until cooked.
