The other day I cooked myself a banana cake with cherries and I hasten to share with you a simple and delicious recipe.
I got only a piece of the cake, the rest just flew off the table.

We will need:
two small banana (approximately 200 g),
120 g of oat flakes
one egg,
cherry,
baking powder (a teaspoon without slides).
Preparation - simply nowhere.
The mixer alternately laying products.
First, oatmeal, which grind into flour, then egg, baking powder and banana. All mix well in a blender.
Put the dough in a short form (I like to use silicone). This time, I'm just on top adorned with cherries (do not know how the banana will be in harmony with it). but we must put more cherries will be even tastier.
We put in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Do not be afraid to brown the crust, it is best to hold a little longer. The crust is crispy and the filling is soft and slightly damp (not wet!)
