The other day I was preparing myself for the PP version of Adjara khachapuri, and I want to share with you a simple and delicious recipe.
KBZHU 100 grams: K - 212, B - 14.9, M - 10.26, U - 13.7
We will need:
- 5% curd (not dry) - 200 gr.
- rice flour - 100g.
- 3 medium eggs,
- suluguni - 140 gr.
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation.
Well knead the dough from the cottage cheese, 1 egg, a pinch of salt and flour. The dough turns a bit crumbly, but still clings.
Next you need to lay a baking sheet baking paper (who has a silicone mat - all great doing it).
Divide the dough into three parts (I divided by 2, but empirically revealed that 3 parts - the best option to be satisfied and not go through with the calories). Therefore, I advise to divide the dough into three parts.

We remove our boat in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 g.
While the boat in the oven, rub the cheese and the rest.

Next time I'll cook this dish, I will add a bit of garlic in cheese. And to all who love the combination of cheese with garlic, I advise to do the same).
