It's so simple and insanely delicious. 🤤 I recommend for cooking 💯%
Ingredients: butter, sugar + 2 tsp vanilla sugar, egg, Sour cream of any fat content, flour, baking powder or 1 tsp slaked soda, For the filling: walnuts (crushed in a blender), sugar
Cooking method:
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, sour cream to the softened butter, grind everything.
Quench soda with vinegar (or replace the mixture with baking powder) add to the oil mixture. Mix. Add flour.
Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Place in bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Grind nuts in a blender (not quite into flour, let particles of nuts remain). Press sugar on the nuts - the filling is ready.
After the time is up, take out the dough. Roll out into a rope and cut into 8 pieces. Form each part into a ball.
Sprinkle the table with flour, roll out a ball of dough into a small circle. Approximately 3 mm thick. Not thinner. Cut the circle into 8 pieces. Don't be embarrassed by small triangles - you get very neat bagels.
Sprinkle filling on the wide side of each triangle. Fold the corners of the wide side to the middle and roll up into a tube 😍
Line a baking sheet with paper, put the rolls on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees until lightly browned.
Ready-made bagels can be sprinkled with powdered sugar if desired. Bon appetit 🤍
