Who does not know how to cook herring under a fur coat? Everyone can. Ingredients: Herring, medium beets, medium potatoes, egg, onion, carrot, mayonnaise
Cooking method:
Peeled herring and onion cut into small cubes.
Vegetables and eggs boil and peel.
Prepare mayonnaise. Either poke a hole in the lid of the softpack, or transfer the mayonnaise to a squeezer with thin spouts.
All vegetables are grated directly into the serving dish. Today I have 2 liter boxes. 1 layer potatoes + herring + onions.
Make a mesh of mayonnaise.
The next layer is carrot + egg.
Next is the candle. To distribute over the entire plane, help yourself with a fork. and a layer of herring + mesh of mayonnaise.
Repeat all steps. at least 2 times. The more thin layers, the tastier your salad will be.
