Stacks of zucchini is a simple dish for every day. Prepare very quickly. They can generally be whipped up for a quick dinner or snack. Any stuffing can be used. Ready stacks can be served both warm and cold: they are tasty, juicy and satisfying in both cases. Spices can also be added to your liking.
Ingredients: Zucchini, Onion, Cheese, ground beef, Tomato, Mayonnaise, Salt, Ground black pepper
Cooking method:
Rinse the zucchini, dry, cut into thin rings. Place in a greased baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with a baking mat.
Finely chop the onion, fry and add to the minced meat. Mix well.
Divide the minced meat into several parts, form small cutlets and put them on the zucchini rings. Cut the tomatoes into thin circles and put them on top of the minced meat. Lightly salt, pepper.
Make a grid of mayonnaise on top. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle generously on top.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the stacks for 25-30 minutes.
