Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

For breakfast I had two eggs and "remnants of the former luxury" sandwich on whole grain bread (25g) with butter (5g) and caviar (15 gr).
Green tea and jasmine, my favorite and Vitaminki capsule omega-3 (which is not included in the frame).
Just happened to breakfast315 kcal.
Snack I was on the road - apple - 120 grams -60 kcal.
A dinner cheese yesterday soup (450 g) and one loaf- 435 kcal.
At dinner last today (alas) chicken cutlets with cheese (150 gr) and a salad: tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, cabbage - 200 gr.
Total dinner turned240 kcal
And three hours before bedtime, I drank a cup of yogurt - 180 g (now I own it insist on how mushrooms and sour cream salad). kefir -90 kcal.
Total for the day turned out - 1140 kcal.
Many questions - as I have time to prepare themselves and family separate.
Very simple - I cook just for a few days. For example, cheese soup I ate two days and meatballs for dinner - as much as three days! And to make a salad - 5 minutes!
I tried today to drink water from the calculation of the rate of 30 ml per kilogram of body weight, and I almost got it.
And I finally found time today, and paid attention to your skin. Long ago, I did not indulge her body milk with vitamins A and E. But now we have settled in a new place, all laid out in its place (well, almost ..) and the need to return to the usual mode.
