Paella with seafood🐚🦐
Ingredients: Calamari, Mussels, Langoustines, Tiger prawns, Baby octopuses, Carrots, Tomatoes, Bell peppers, Onions, Garlic, Green beans (frozen), Green peas (frozen), Paella rice, Olive oil, Salt, pepper spices taste
Cooking method:
Cut carrots and onions into half rings Cut bell peppers and tomatoes into cubes Chop garlic Rice well rinse We take a large frying pan, pour olive oil and fry seafood over high heat 2-3 min.
We lay them out in a separate bowl. In the same oil, we begin to fry the vegetables. Onions, carrots, beans, bell peppers, garlic, a little salt, mix everything well. Fry 5 min.
Next, add the rice and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Fill with water, ratio 1:2 (1 cup of rice = 2 cups of water) Salt, pepper, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 20 minutes. We don't interfere anymore!
Next, add the langoustines and heat them well so that they cook. And finally add the mussels. In the process of cooking, all the mussels should open!! If suddenly some kind of shell does not open, be sure to throw it away !!!
Then add chopped tomatoes The final stage, sprinkle it all with peas. When the paella is almost ready, turn off the heat, cover with foil and let it brew for 5-7 minutes.
