Ingredients:
- fresh cucumber - 300 g
- green olives - 150 g
- cheese - 150 g
- lettuce leaves - bunch
- green onion - bunch
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
- olive oil - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- salt - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Cut a bunch of lettuce leaves. You can also pick them up by hand.
Cucumbers cut into medium cubes.
2. We cut off the white part of the green onion, it will need it. For salad, cut only green onion feathers.
3. In a large bowl, transfer the chopped greens and cucumbers. Top everything with about 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice, salt to taste and add pitted green olives.
4. Dress the salad with olive or sunflower oil. Mix everything well and put the salad on a plate, on which we will serve it on the table.
5. At the end, cut the cheese into cubes and put the cubes of cheese on the salad.
