Ingredients: Ham (whatever you like, the main thing is to cut it thinly), Curd cheese (soft), Fresh cucumber, Thin pita bread, Chia seeds or flax seeds for sprinkling (optional)

Cooking method:

We put half a sheet of pita bread. Thoroughly coat the middle with curd cheese (that part, the size of which corresponds to your piece of ham). We put ham on the spreaded part and cut off the excess pita bread on the sides.

Then carefully flip the ham down. (It turns out the second side of the pita bread). We also coat it with curd cheese more abundantly. In the middle we put a cucumber cut into thin strips. Then carefully roll up the roll, make a round shape and seal for a while.

I do it on foil. I seal the roll and put it in the fridge. I let it soak and form into a shape (about 15-20 minutes). Therefore, it is important that the ham be thinly sliced.
