Ingredients: Flour (consumption depends on the type of flour), Dry yeast, Milk, Sugar, Salt, Egg (cat. CB), Butter, Vanilla Sugar, Cooking Oil, Icing Sugar or Chocolate Icing
Cooking method:
Add instant dry yeast to the flour. Mix. Milk is heated to a temperature of 40 degrees. Melt the butter (should be liquid, but not hot).
Add butter, milk, egg, vanillin, sugar, salt to the flour. Knead the dough first with a whisk, then with your hands. We shift the dough to the table and knead for at least 10 minutes until the dough becomes elastic.
Put the dough in a bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp towel or cling film. Leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour. (we put it in the microwave and put a glass of hot water next to it). Punch down the dough, cover and let rise for another 10 minutes.
We cut out circles with a large ring, and the middle with a small one. We roll the remaining dough into a ball again, roll it out and make donuts out of it. Cover the cut donuts with cling film. We leave for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a 1 cm thick layer. To cut donuts, we need two round molds (we have a salad ring with a diameter of 9 cm and a meat grinder nozzle (you can take a cork from a plastic bottle).
Deep fry the donuts over medium heat until browned. Approximately 3 minutes on each side. Lay the donuts on a paper towel to soak.
Glaze (you can take a bar of chocolate) melt in a water bath. Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze on one side. Decorate with candy sprinkles. Homemade Donuts are ready! Bon Appetit!
