Pizza with semolina

Ingredients: For the dough:, Wheat flour, Warm water, Sugar, Salt, Dry yeast, Semolina, For the filling:, Mozzarella / Suluguni cheese, Tomatoes, Onion

Cooking method:

Sift flour into a container, add semolina, salt, sugar, yeast, mix. Add warm water, knead the dough. The dough should be soft, elastic, not sticky to the hands. Cover the dough with a lid or film and send it to a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. I use the oven turned off, preheated to 40-50 degrees.

After 1-1.5 hours, we take out the dough, transfer it to a table sprinkled with flour. Form a ball, cover with cling film and let rest for 15 minutes. We heat up the oven. I use the "Pizza" mode (bottom heat + hot air) and bake at 200℃. Sprinkle the baking sheet with flour or semolina.

Roll out the dough, transfer to a baking sheet. Lubricate with sauce (this time I have ordinary ketchup), lay out the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese on a coarse grater. I like suluguni cheese - great for pizza. We send the pizza to the preheated oven, bake until cooked (the cheese should melt, but not fry).
