A recipe for lovers of baked dishes in the oven. Chicken marinated with tangerines and soy sauce has a bright citrus-ginger aroma and sweet-pepper taste.

Chicken baked with tangerines

Ingredients: Chicken thigh, Tangerines, Honey, Ginger, Soy sauce, Vegetable oil, Salt, ground pepper

Cooking method:

Prepare all ingredients. Rinse chicken meat and remove moisture. Prepare the marinade: Peel the tangerines, grind in a blender until smooth.

Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger, ground pepper and tangerine mass and mix. The marinade is ready. Place the chicken in a bowl and pour over the marinade. Massage the pieces well. Leave to marinate for one and a half to two hours.

Put the chicken in a dish, pouring the rest of the marinade on the surface of the pieces. Close the mold with a lid or foil. Send the dish to a preheated oven at 190C for 40-50 minutes.

7-10 minutes before cooking, remove the lid or foil and continue baking until golden brown. The dish is ready.
