My lavash samsa (or pies) gives me the opportunity to take a break from working with dough. I use ground beef and cheese as toppings. This dish will become your favorite, it is prepared quickly and eaten even faster. You can immediately cook a double-triple portion, as the whole samsa will scatter before it cools down.⠀We cook a la samsa from pita bread with minced meat and cheese
Ingredients: beef, onion, suluguni cheese, pita bread, butter, parsley and dill, black pepper, chili pepper, salt
Cooking method:
We pass the meat and onions through a meat grinder. Half of the cheese is passed through a grater and sent to minced meat. Pepper, salt and mix thoroughly minced meat.
Cut thin pita bread into strips approximately 40 cm long and 15 cm wide.
Fry the minced meat over medium heat until half cooked and add the remaining half of the cheese.
Lavash strips are moistened in boiled warm water. We spread one and a half tablespoons of minced meat at the beginning of the strip and wrap it with an envelope in several layers.
Fry over low heat in a pan for five to six minutes on each side, covered with a lid. Delicious lazy samsa are ready to serve and await their fate! Bon Appetit!!!
