Ingredients: Seabass 3 pcs π, Lemon 0.5 pcs π, Rosemary (I have fresh) 3 sprigs πΏ, Olive oil 3 tablespoons π«, Salt 6 pinches π§
Cooking method:
Remove all innards from the fish. Rub the inside and outside of the fish with olive oil and salt. Inside each fish put a few slices of lemon and one sprig of rosemary. Place lemon wedges on top of the fish.
Lubricate a fireproof glass container with olive oil and put the fish in it. Cover with foil. Bake for 50 minutes in the oven at 160 C.
Innings. I serve this dish with a salad of tomatoes, iceberg lettuce and arugula dressed with olive oil.
