The other day I was preparing myself chicken roll with mushroom and cheese.
Previously, doing so often roll only with minced pork and beef.
So I decided to try a lighter option.
KBZHU: K - 110, B - 17.7, M - 4, Y - 1.3.
For the roll we need:
- minced chicken breasts - 500 g.
- mushrooms (I have mushrooms) - 200 g.
- low-fat cheese - 40 gr.
- bulb.
- 1 egg.
- olive oil.
- black pepper, dried garlic, salt, seasoning for chicken.
Preparation.
Fry chopped onions 5 grams of olive oil, then add the finely chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste.
Minced chicken salt, pepper, add dried garlic, eggs and all mix well.
Take the plastic wrap, spread it on the table and to distribute it stuffing, a layer thickness of 2-3 cm.
Put on top of the filling - the mushrooms and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Using the film roll accurately displace.
Using the same film transfer roll in the pan, sprinkle spices for chicken and send in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 c.
