Ingredients: - potatoes, - minced meat, - onions, - garlic, - Sour cream, - hard cheese, Salt, Pepper

Cooking method:

The minced meat for this recipe is homemade pork and beef, but any one that you like best will do. Wash potatoes well.

Finely chop the onion and fry it in a frying pan.

Once the onion turns golden, add the minced meat. We mix.

Slightly stewed, add chopped garlic. Salt, pepper and optionally add your favorite spices. Slightly fried and turn off the pan.

Choose a large potato for this recipe. We cut it in half and cut out the middle with a dessert spoon or a knife, it is not much needed - we leave about 0.5 cm on the walls. My potatoes are not very old, so I cook directly with it - in my opinion it is even tastier. Older potatoes are better to peel (if soft)

We fill our boats with minced meat filling.

Lubricate the top of the boats with sour cream (you can not lubricate) and send them to free swimming in the oven for 1 hour. Focus on your oven. The top can be covered with additional foil (I did not cover).

Three some cheese. We take out the potato boats from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Return to oven for another 10 minutes. Potato boats in the oven with minced meat are ready! We invite everyone to the table!
