#valentines #shortbread #shortbread This dough is made for one, two, three - put all the ingredients together, kneaded, baked. The same can be said about the ratio of ingredients, just the opposite - 3:2:1 (flour, butter, sugar). And they end with one, two,... 🤭🤗😂
Ingredients: flour, butter, powdered sugar, medium egg
Cooking method:
Pour into the bowl of a food processor: flour. Food coloring can be added if desired. For rich color, I added a double dose, which you can see in the photo.
Then add cold butter (you can replace it with margarine, if you can’t use lactose or you just run out of butter 😂😂), cut into pieces.
We put the egg and powdered sugar.
Turn on the combine and knead the dough at medium speed.
🚩From personal experience: it may happen that the egg is small and the dough will not gather into a plastic mass. In this case, you can add 1 tbsp. milk.
Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
After the lapse of time, we take it out of the refrigerator, spread it on a work surface dusted with flour and carefully roll out the sheet about 5-6 mm thick. Cookies are cut into a convenient shape.
Spread on a sheet lined with parchment or on a Teflon mat and bake in preheated to 180 ° C for 13 minutes. I advise you to use a timer, since having a bright color it is not entirely clear whether the cookies are ready or not.
Put the finished cookies on a wire rack and cool.
