Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 38.5 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Today I decided to check whether the result is water standards, which I assiduously saw two days. So please, in the balance:

Two days ago in the balance was - 94.2. Ie 2 days of friendship with the water almost gone swelling down and 1 kilogram of water.

It turns out I even lost weight by 400 grams compared to the previous week. But I feel the water is gone not completely, there are small swellings.

The truth today is not able to drink water again normal, because almost the entire day with her husband disappeared in "Ikea", without noticing how time passed. But now I will have a nice fotochki menu!

I move on to the story of his menu today.

Every day I have more desire to cook in the new kitchen. This morning I even got up early and made herself the apple fritters for breakfast.

For breakfast I ate as much as 4 pancakes (200g), but it turned out not a lot of calories - 220 kcal. Sipping green tea, I drank vitamins and omega-3 capsule.

On the way to the store - I ate an apple (210 g) - 100 kcal.

Lunch I was late, thanks to my mother that cooked our favorite cheese soup.

Plate cheese soup (450 g) - 400 kcal and a piece of wholemeal bread (25 grams) - 60 kcal.

Total for lunch - 465 kcal.

After dinner, somewhere in an hour and a half I have eaten a persimmon(230 c) - 150 kcal.

Dinner, respectively, too late - chicken cutlets with cheese (170 gr) and a salad: tomato, pepper, cucumber and sour cream 10% - about 200 grams.

Total dinner turned 240 kcal.

And the day came in 1180 kcal.
