A very tasty appetizer for the holiday table. Sorry, I didn’t show it in a section, I took a picture when the roll was very hot, and then there was no time. But believe me it turned out very tasty and beautiful. Get ready, you won't regret it. It's very easy to cook.

Meatloaf with prunes and nuts

Ingredients: pork tenderloin, prunes, walnuts, salt, ground pepper, vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method:

Wash prunes and cut into small pieces. Chop walnuts with a knife or grind in a blender.

Clean the pork tenderloin from the veins, cut it and beat it well on both sides.

Salt and pepper the meat. Lay prunes in a strip in the center of the meat rectangle and lay nuts on top with a slightly smaller strip. Wrap the meat with the filling in a roll and tie the roll tightly with a thread so that it does not lose its shape during baking. You can salt and pepper the outside.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the meatloaf on top and brush with oil on top. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes until cooked.

Let the finished roll "rest" for 10-15 minutes, cut and serve. Bon appetit everyone!
